Nothing too fancy here.
Remington 870 Express Magnum with an ATI 7 round magazine extension, synthetic youth model furniture, slip on 5 shell holder on the stock, 20 inch smooth bore slug barrel with Tru Glo sights, and some sweat equity chamber and action smoothing. Not much to look at, but it is a smooth runner that can destroy beer bottles using slugs at 50 yards all day and take care of those bumps in the night. My choice of furniture was dictated by the fact that the wife is 5'4, the daughter is 5'5, and I am 5'8. IOW, it will fit anyone in the house. Right now, I am looking for a good light to mount on it.
Is it better to do the right thing for the wrong reason, or to do the wrong thing for the right reason? If you do the wrong thing for the right reason, is it still the wrong thing?
Si vis pacem para bellum.
There are two ways of doing something. Right and again.
If you can't be good, be great at it.
