You can definitely shoot shotguns at Gateway rifle and pistol club. You'd have to use the all purpose range and that is limited to members only. Non members are limited to the pistol range and the 100 yard rifle range.

Well I'm not a member so I may have to look into becoming one otherwise its slugs only at the new range.
I messaged gateway on Facebook and they said as a day visitor I can use the 100 yard range. They also said there is a small area to the far right where I can shoot a shotgun. I will go check it out as soon as I get a chance.
