Shotgun shell identification?
I found this shell, the other day. I ha some more, but this is the last one. It's all plastic, with a .22 blank in the bottom. It had a white plastic "wad" sorta thing stuck about halfway down the shell. I have seen some clear blue rat shot shells, before, and that's what I think this one is. Google searches turned up nothin. Any help is appreciate d

I am lobbing a guess here, but I think it's for a flare gun. Perhaps a flare blank.

It looks like a 12 ga to .22 adapter that someone stuck at a blank .22 in.
