Default Shotgun Pics, let's see them!

I rebuilt mine after 14 years of keeping it the same.

Mossberg 500 12 gauge. Barrel is a vent rib and 20" with the Poly Choke. Bead is Tritium. This was designed as a survival gun that is capable of SD and hunting without needing tools or a barrel swap.

The Beretta A400 Xcel Sporting with Kick-Off. This is my shotgun of choice. 32-inch barrel and a skeet choke. It's my favorite child.

This one went through a fire before we got it. We had to replace the stock, as you can see we went cheap with a used one from my gunsmith in Anchorage. This is my HD 2 3/4" 12 Ga.
It already had been cut to 18.5" (I measured to be sure.).

You are staking your life, and your family's, to a gun that has been through a fire, and may have had the temper drawn from the steel due to the heat? Have you tested it, or had it tested to make sure it won't come apart in your hands when you fire it?
Just asking, guns and fires are bad news.

I'm way ahead of you on this. My first stop was my gunsmith, after examining it, he determined that only the butt stock was harmed, with no sign of excess heat applied to the steel.

I DO thank you for the honest concern.
