Default shotgun ammo adapters

I've been looking into some shotgun ammo adapters for drop barrels and pump action shotguns. I like the fact that in a SHTF situation I can use any ammo I can come across. But I was wondering how everyone else thinks about these adapters. How do you feel about the accuracy of them what calibers have you shot and what do you think of the adapters in a situation to hunt and put food on the table

They are only to be used in break-action guns(not pumps or autos). The 12 to 20 or other sub shotgun ones are fine. The short rifled ones that shoot pistol ammo I found to have very poor accuracy(YMMV). I have never tried the long(8" to 10") ones.
Very slow to reload.

I found these for pump action
The real reason I'm looking in to these because I like the fact I would be able to shoot different calipers without buying multipleguns I just don't see them being very accurate
