Do you have anything to trade with him. It doesn't have to be another gun, it can be anything at all that you don't need or use, or are just tired of looking at. if he's interested, go for it. 1970s? Savage single shot 20 ga, 45 - 80 is about right depending on the condition of the gun. I've seen them as high as $139 and as low as $30 un shootable condition. I picked up a fix er up for $10 five years ago. Put $35 into it and sold it for $80 last year. It just depends on what he wants, and what you are willing to pay or trade. Hope this helps.
