Anyone know where I can get a top rail mount for a saiga 12 at a decent price?

I picked up a side-mount/attach 'top' rail for my saiga 20 - same thing as your 12, mostly. $40. Area51Tactical.com

Try amazon I was on there and seem some good stuff at good price just make sure you check out the review before purchase

Amazon. Got one identical to UTG's for around 50. Nice solid rail system.
