Default Remington 887 pump

I'd like to hear from some people that have owned one or shot one because I was thinking about getting one.

I have shot one and I hated it...it felt weird, it kicked like a mule, and I.have also heard that they trap moisture under the plastic on the barrel and receiver and have a rusting problem

I had a totally different experience but to each their own. I shot 3.5's in my brother in laws and it felt like a standard shell. It didn't point well for me and I couldn't hit jack with hit. But that is likely all me.

I also shot a 3 1/2" Turkey shell out of it and it kicked way harder than my benelli nova with a 3 1/2"

Over the years I have owned several 887's.
Still have some in the safe.
Shot Trap and Skeet.
Hunted Duck and Dove.
Even fired my own reloads.
One word, GREAT!
But mine are several years old.
And I would buy a new one today,

if I needed one.
