Yeah there are a lot of options out there. Do you want a HD barrel? A hunting barrel? If a hunting barrel is what you want, what are you hunting? Need some details man

check out MidwayUSA as they carry many different barrels for the 870 shotguns. Remington also can get you one, but will most likely be the most expensive.

MidwayUSA carries them in choked barrels with rifle type sights and rifled barrels with rifle type sights. from about $155 to around $300 in price. if this is too much, you could try GunBroker.com and see if there are any for auction there.

I have been seeing that the mossberg 500 barrel fits the remington 870 how is that ?

They don't....mossberg makes a barrel that will fit an 870 but they won't interchange

Yea they are totally different like I said mossberg just manufactures a barrel for the 870 just like any other barrel manufacture like Hastings or something
