you could take it to a gun dealer and have it appraised for it's value or even look at some of the auction sites and see what similar shotguns are selling for.
also hit some of the auction sites and see if anyone might be selling a set of stocks for one. might check out Ebay too. one auction site i like to recommend is GunBroker.com . check out Boyd's Gunstocks, they might have some in walnut or laminate that might be to your liking. i hope this helps you out.
