Default Question about a trade?

A guy wants to trade me a Savage 220 for my S&W 916A. Good deal or not?

I dont know much about the savage, its a 16 ga and the guy said it pretty old.

Thanks!

The model 220 was manufactured from 1938-1965.

Do ya think you really need a 20 gauge? Probably couldn't trade or sell it for more than $50, but it's your call.

Just noticed you said 16 gauge. I would also think shells may be bar to come by. Off the top of my head I can even think of a manufacturer who still makes a 16 gauge shotty.
