Default Old Savage 20 Gauge

My brother gave me this gun,it has a broken trigger guard that needs to be repaired,but other than that it shoots just fine.Can anyone give me any info on the gun as to when it was made or if it is worth anything?I cannot find any serial numbers on it.It just says Savage Arms Corporation Model220.

It was made between 1938 and 1965. It should be either a 220P if that's a poly choke or 220AC if it's a Savage adjustable choke. Value is negligible. Probably in the 75.00-100.00 range

I have one just about like it. No # on mine either. Got it in about 1962. Mine is a Model 94. Does it have a lever on the right side to break down the barrel ??
Probably can find a trigger guard here ;

Savage Shotgun Parts, Stevens Shotgun Parts,Springfield Shotgun Parts, Original Obsolete Stevens Shotgun Parts. Stevens Autsomatic Shotgun Parts, Stevens Pump Shotgun Parts, Stevens Single Barrel Shoptgun Parts, Stevens Shotgun Barrels, Stevens Doubl

You can see the breakdown lever on top in the pic.

Sorry, I thought that was the exposed hammer in the pix.
