Default Old 1896 hammer pump shotgun.

Was wondering if anyone knows how much this is worth. Also, if anyone knows any more info about this weapon. I can't remember the brand...sorry.

J- welcome to the forum. When you get a minute, drop by the intro thread and say hello, and tell us a bit about yourself.

In the meantime, unfortunately, your question is sort of like "I have a 1955 car. What is it worth?" The value of ANY gun is based on exact make, model, condition and (for collectors) originality. So far, we have none of the four criteria, and the crystal ball is in the shop again- blew a radiator hose.

Give us some information- including a photo (in focus, well lit) and all of the markings on the gun- we can probably give you an educated guess.

Snake....that looks close...not the exact same. As to the condition, the pump handle needs a little repair...other than that...it is in mint condition. It looks to be the Winchester as shown above.

Model 1893? Earlier version of the 97. Only for black powder shells
