Clay $hit's fun to shoot.
My kids do it more than me though. I get stuck reloading the thrower

never shot trap or skeet. did a lot of sporting clays when i lived in Houston years ago. some of the most fun i have ever had shooting. we don't have any sporting clay ranges where i live now, so it is something i miss a lot. when i shot sporting clays back when, i used a browning citori 12ga and an old winchester 101 12ga. liked both of them, great guns. i bought a stoeger condor O/U a few months ago hoping that i might start shooting again if i can find a range close enough.

I enjoy skeet, trap, and sporting clays. Of the three, sporting clays is my favorite, skeet next, and trap last. But I really do enjoy them all, so, it's close.

I shoot 12ga (Weatherby), 16ga (Browning), 28ga (Stevens), and 410bore (Mossberg). All of my shotguns are O/U's with the exception of my 12ga, it's a gas semi-auto. Gave up on the 12ga "pounding" some years ago. Did have a 20ga (S&W) auto 'till my son moved out. He took it with him.

I also currently do not hunt any longer, but would like to take up "upland" bird hunting again. Need to find some trustworthy hunting pals! Won't bother with ducks and such as my joints get way to damn stiff in the blinds and in the weather.

I have yet to shoot trap, but there is a trap and skeet club in my town. It seems like a lot of fun.

Head out there some time. Near any of the folks through would be happy to show you the ropes. It's a ton of fun.

Sorry to sound so ignorant, but are there restrictions on guns, or just how many shells are loaded in it? I have a mossberg 500 6+1, I could bring that?
