Default Non-toxic shot for my 65 Auto 5

What kind of shot can I shoot besides lead thru my 1965 Belgian auto 5 12ga?
Mine is a Magnum auto-5 and I was thinking about wingmaster HD. Is this gonna be safe thru this shotgun? It has a fixed Full choke 32inch barrel. I can shoot lead legally when hunting turres from a boat but otherwise it's strictly non-toxic. I am eventually gonna pick up a Japanese barrell, but for now I am stuck with what I got.

Bismuth Shot and Hevi-Shot Classic Doubles are both safe from Side by Sides and O/Us. Kent Impact tungsten matrix is also advertised as safe as lead for guns and it is my favorite in anything when I can find it.
I don't know what the hardness of the new Remington HD is, but basically anything that says okay in old double barrels is fine.
What could have happened... did.
