Default New 870 Tactical

Just got an 870 Tactical 12 gauge. I love it so far, but have not been able to get to the range with it yet. Anyone else have this gun? Thoughts? Good or bad, Thanks.

I've got that very gun! I like it. Im used to my plane Jane wood stocked agency issued 870, and I gave up a mossberg 500 to buy this beauty...

I'm on the fence re: the choke, but she seems to love remington "blind side" hex-shot. Haven't tried the reduced recoil 00 buck yet...

My plan is to add a receiver mounted shell carrier, a mag&barrel mounted rail segment, a light mount, and a Surefire G2 before alls said & done... But so far id say you can't get much Better than any 870...

Sounds great man thanks! I know that history proves the 870 a solid dependable gun!

History does side with the 870... But I think in 10-20 years mossberg will take the crown. But I'm set in my ways I think haha.

I have owned an 870 for years and others here have 870's older than i am. that will testify to their reliability and durability. For the money there isnt a better shotgun out there. Nice buy man.

P.s. dont listen to people who rave about a mossburg shotgun, they are just jealous they dont have an 870 .

If you cant hit them with 5 shots you may as well give up and run.
