My Remington 870 (Photos)
Even though I generally have no idea what I'm doing, (and lack the creative flair) I like the technical aspects of photography and like to shoot from time to time. I hadn't picked up the camera in a while, so tonight I thought I'd combine two of my hobbies and this is the result. I was only using a single bulb floor lamp so the results aren't great. I really need to get some off-camera flashes and diffusers/softboxes, preferably a hot light, and a bigger working area to really play.
The images are rather large, so I'll just drop some links:

The second picture has some halo, I guess the camera moved a bit. Easy mistake considering the 1.3 second exposure time. White balance isn't great either...

Those are really some pretty pleasing photography skills.

It's a Nikon D3100. An entry level DSLR. For these two I think I used a 55-200mm kit lens. Thanks for the compliments guys, but really, they're not that impressive. I just mess around. If you've seen Slugo's photos, he knows how to take a really good one.

Couple years ago i bought my wife a nikon coolpix L110, not as good as yours but a step up from her 70 dollar digital cam. Hers takes some pretty good ones too.
