i'm in raleigh, i've duracoated several guns of mine. just solid colors on them, but adding a pattern wouldnt hard. you could probably even do it yourself. key to a successful paint or camo paint job is prep. got to have all grease and oil off it and then sand everything down. set a base coat and then use some sort of stencil to make a pattern. for digital camo, i'd use graph paper with random patterns cut out of it.
here's my mossy, it's british DPM green right now, trying to decide what kind of pattern i wanna put over it, or if i'll just leave
i also did my SKS and 700P, but I dont have any pics of those right now. i did my pistol as well, but it's just black, so it's really nothing special.
duracoat is good stuff, i did the bolt on my mossy and my SKS and it still looks like the day i did it. i doubt it would be very cost effective to send it down though. you can probably find a gunsmith up there to do it. my smith does cerakote paint jobs on some of his clients guns. a precision rifle builder may do it for you too.
