Excuse me father Browning for I have sinned. It has been 18 years since I cleaned my shotgun. I wipe down the outside with a silicone cloth when I take it out but I had never cleaned it with a field strip.

So today after hunting (More like sitting in a tree stand and watching freekin grass grow. I decided to really clean it. Now I have it nice and clean (All but the barrel. I can't get the trigger group back into the gun.

Can anyone walk me through putting it back in?

HA HA I got it back together. Just took a little work.


I sware I have never felt an action so smooth on a shotgun ever. Remington 870 action is like working an action full of gravel as is the mossberg 500. The Model 12 has to be the smoothest action on a shotgun ever.
