Default Model 12 Shotgun

Since I do a good bit of i-net research, a friend wondered if I could determine the approximate value of his Model 12, 12 guage, manufactured in either 1918 or 1919. I haven't seen the gun but he reports that it is in good condition in both looks and function. Thanks for your advice. Dan

I'm pretty sure it's a Winchester, my father has one.

Yes winchester makes the model 12 shotgun. There are many variations spanning from about 1918 to about 1995. The model 12 riot goes from around $518-$894 and was made from 1918-1963.

I have been collecting this model for decades. Without pictures it is next to impossible to get an accurate price range. From $200 up.
