Default Marlin 90 20g O/U help.

I am currently trying to sell a item for $400 and had a gentlemen ask me for a trade. He is wanting to trade me a Marlin 90 20g over/under that has been redone by the Gun Dr. here in Ohio and has all papers to prove it. He sent me a video and the shotgun looks like its in excellent condition. Does anyone have any info about this shotgun? Value? He states it was valued $800 (conservatley). Is this possible? Thanks all. Im new here and hope to find some good info to help me decide which avanue to go with. Thanks Chad

I have a 90 in 12 ga. Nice gun but nothing exceptional. $800 seems a bit on the high side. Check them out on
