No scanner that a two way radio. HAM radio nigh gray box is power supply and other black box is an amplifier. My big radio died so using my portable hooked up to amp till I can get new one. In fact I just got off the radio talking to a few locals near me that also love guns.

Very cool, there are a few members here that are into short/ham radios. Don't know much about them, but I do know I like that shotty ,, she's a beauty.
