DefaultI'm looking for THE CHEAPEST home defense pump shotgun.

Alright so I'm looking for THE CHEAPEST home defense pump shotgun. Every time I go looking for one they're always 20 GA. I'm looking for a 12 GA. Anybody have any specific gun suggestions? It doesn't have to look good, or have cool additions. I just need one that functions. i'm specificalyl trying to keep it under $300 as I'm short on cash. All suggestions are welcome, and thank you in advance!

Holy crap!! That's exactly the kind of thing I was looking for! I'm not going to get it right now as I want to see what all of my options are, but thank you for finding that!! I can;t believe you can still get a shotgun for $200 these days. My mind is blown

Buds will occasionally have LE trade-ins on Mossberg or Remington guns in your price range as well.

You should also be able to find a Mossberg 500 Persuader or Cruiser for under $300.00. These come with extended tubular magazines and a pistol grip.

Do you have any idea how often?! Because I really like the Remingtons, but they're always out of my price range. I also like the Mossberg 500s

They had a bunch a month or so ago but they seem to be gone now. If you like the Mossberg than a Maverick 88 will suit you...pretty much the same gun.

I have the Mossy 50516 posted above...bead sight is fine at HD distances, just point and shoot, the shell and barrel do the rest.
