Help me trick out my Remington 1100 tactical

Folks - I picked up an 1100 tactical shotty. The thing is just a gas to fire, but it's a little bland. I'm thinking rifle sights, and some rail to hang junk off of. On the other hand, less can be more too, right?

Your thoughts?

maybe some ghost rings and an elastic shell carrier on the stock.

I think it has some plain and simple beauty as it sits. :)

it is a good looking shotgun in it's simplicity. maybe camo?

Ghost rings and a side saddle.

Maybe an adjustable stock? if your into that. the LOP on full rifle stocks always seems like a 1/2" to long for me. Like you said maybe a rail at the end of the magazine tube, or a tactical forend replacement. I think a paint job would serve her well though.

Step 1 - a sliver of rail for the top of the receiver. A red-dot? Some kind of flip up iron site,???

I notice tri-rails that clamp on up front. your thoughts?

jeff, i like the idea of the scope mount on the receiver with a red dot scope. would be perfect for a shotgun. would also look good. try it out.
