Go to Home Depot or a Lowe's and just by s wooden dowel then cut it to fit.

I used a pencil for years after I misplaced one of mine. You might have to adjust the length of it to make sure you can't load more than two in the mag, but it will work.

A word of advice from hard learned lesson. If you make your own, and I suggest just getting a dowel rod from lowes or home depot, and your new homemade plug is too short, chuck it and try again. Do not, under any circumstances, put more than one piece of plug in the magazine tube. They will over lap and jam it up (the hole in the end of the mag tube where you put it in is much smaller than the i.d. of the spring). A plain wooden dowel rod, cut to the proper length, will work fine.
