Default Good websites and books for a newbie?

I just bought my first shotgun, a Remington 870 with two barrels (a 20" one with rifle sights and a 28" one with vented rib and interchangeable chokes). I'm really excited about trying it out, but I've got to wait until the 19th or 20th for all the paperwork to come through.

I know very, very little about different loads and shooting techniques. Are there any good websites or books out there that you'd recommend to a beginner? I'm interested in both self defense and hunting.

I think you found the website and "Shotgunning: The Art and the Science" by Bob Brister.
I confess that I have no desire to confess.
