What part of Ohio you coming to?
My mistake FIL=Father In Law. *I* do not have the money for a trophy hunt. And I don't know what area he's hunting either, just that he hired somebody a friend had used and that I couldn't afford. ;-)

We were just trolling the Ohio division of wildlife site and were like :-O

Iwish I was going though....

If you can avoid the major cities we got it all, the Appalachian mountains of the southeast to the prairies of the west of the state.

As an added bonus we have some really stupid laws too!!

I don't get game codes sometimes.
Try hunting in PA. No semi-autos allowed, 3 round limit in long guns, 6 in revolvers. On the other hand, I have only shot a deer more than once 3 times since I started hunting. I only had to due to spine shooting them by mistake. If I need more than 1 round per deer, i made a mistake somewhere along the way.

OP, One of my uncles has the same model JC higgens you do. Another one has one in 12 gauge. Ugly beasts, but they are fun to shoot. Enjpy.
