Seriously? Hoppes does not touch plastic fouling...

I just use remington 40x bore cleaner or CLP sprayed on an old bore mop. A little elbow grease is required to remove the plastic no matter what is used.

Worked fine for me....

Ballistol is my favorite. Better than Frog Lube, CLP, #9, etc....in my humble opinion, based on my experience with all of them.

Gunzilla. Best CLP I have ever used, and it works best as a dry lube. Wipe the excess off, and you can bury the shotgun in sand without any of it sticking to the gun. I have had zero operational issues cause by lubrication since I started using it. Good enough product that I have the smith at my LGS order it for me a gallon at a time.

This is the only product that I have found that I do not need to soak into the fried on Pyrodex in the barrel of my Wolf after shooting it. After applying it once, the burned black powder does not stick to the inside of the barrel. truely a great product.

Here's a link to their home page: http://www.gunzilla.us/ check it out.

Have 3 gallons of Break Free CLP and just changed to Frog Lube Paste for rails and liquid for bores and moving parts. Guess the Break Free is for general lubing around the house for the next 2 generations.
