Ejection Question

i have a 12 Ga. that will shot, but won't eject the shell. any suggestions? Also, i want to camo this shotgun., what is the best and cheapest way to camo a shotgun?

Cover it in camo scrim (pieces of died burlap scraps).

Is the chamber clean vary clean?Does the extractor still have a hook?Is it riping the shell flange?Is the piece generally clean and oiled?Is it pump or semi/gas or recoil?
