Default Here's Customer Service For You...

Remington Customer Service? A few months ago I had to send a trigger assembly in for warranty repair, out of the box, at their direction. They told me I could wait many months if I sent it to Ilion, NY, or just weeks if I sent it to a factory authorized repair center. And to add insult to injury I had to pay $60 to get it back!

Well, they must have been giving almost everyone else good service just to suck you in. Go a few rounds with Beretta and get back to us.
