Hey suzuki, There are plenty of knowledgeable folks on here, but you might get a better response over in the shotgun section. You might also try taking in to Cabela's, and see if they can help.

And then stop by the introductions section, say hello and tell us a little bit about yourself.

BTW - that is one fine looking old shotgun right there.

to me this shotgun looks like a W Richards underlever sxs...gauge ?...do you know what gauge it is?..12,16,20,.32inch barrels?...just remember its very old and more then likely is chambered smaller then the more common 2 3/4...im going through the same thing right now with a recent purchase...yours looks to be in good shape...def. a keeper!

just on a guess....somewhere in the 70-80ish year range...maybe lil older?

i would mop the barrels, wipe all the metal parts down with rem-oil or eq....slide it in a gun sock and lock it up...i wouldnt shoot it untill i had it looked over buy a professional gunsmith...he could tell you its exact age and make of the shotty...there is a few on this forum that know everything there is to know about firearms....maybe they'll chime in?

good luck..KC

The rep will view your pics then tell you what to look for, etc. When you have an antique/relic you need a professional opinion so that you are not lead a stray. I really doubt if anyone on this board can help you professionally with your vintage firearm. Good Luck
