I want to turn the shotgun I have into a tactical shotgun. I've seen a pistol grip you can buy for it but no vertical forearm grip. The reason I want a forearm grip is I have a little bit of tendinitis or at least I think thats what it is. My left bicep will sometimes get tight and having a forearm grip would help. I have the 1100 because someone sold it to me for cheap. Too bad there doesn't seem to be a lot of after market parts for it.

Just get a picatinny forend and attach a vertical foregrip on that.

Or use duct tape and stick a broom handle on there

How much do you shoot it? Its a shotgun after all and doesnt warrant much practice. Point and shoot. I hate to say it again but....here goes.... put your man panties on and shoot the damn gun. Grip the stock, think happy thoughts, and squeeze the trigger. Seriously guys, its a gun forum. Arent we supposed to be tough?

As i was recently advised this sir is a firearms forum. And do you have a problem that makes your arm hurt to shoot? Its a shotgun and a relatively lightweight one at that. If he doesnt enjoy shooting it whats the point? If it hurts just to shoot the damn thing dont shoot it.

To the OP a piccatinny rail would work well, if you want a different gun then a remington 870 and mossburg 500 are excellent, cheap, and have a plethora of aftermarket parts.

To my knowledge there is nothing like that for the 1100. Google-fu is weak on this one for me.
