Default Crazy Ivan and His Flaming Benelli HD VIDEO

Any ideas what is causing flames like this to shoot out of the chamber of this guy's Benelli M4? I pulled a few scenes from a Russian's Benelli shooting session and slowed down the video so you can see the places where his Benelli looks like it is catching on fire.

Possible Its not cycling properly. The action is coming open before the shot has left the barrel. He has likely monkeyed with it some manner to make it "cycle faster" or some craziness like using wd40 or another flamable substanve as a lubricant. At some point its going to go kaboom and then he will be all over youtube and gun forums claiming benelli m4 are junk.

He had fired 60+ rounds before this happened? Could be some sort of flamable lubricant he sprayed/poured inside to combat the gunk. It could be unburned powder had accumulated in the receiver and flashed off. You rarely get 100% burn of the powder.
