What is the craziest modification you ever seen on a/your gun

Pictures to
Example: huge drum magazine, night sights, "chain saw grip" lights, lasers all that

I my be wrong but in the civil war there was a gun made with a coffee bean grinder in the butt stock but I don't remember the name of it

I do believe it was the Sharps rifle.

While they wer known as "Coffee Mill Sharps", seems these were actually looked at as flour/corn meal grinders- permitting the troops to forage for food. Bad idea. About a dozen ever made. Worked poorly. Museums lust after them.
