I don't bother the coons when I see em simply because its funner to go out at night and tree em with a good dog, then shoot em. They're good to eat too. Don't have too many possum here, they are starting to move into the farm areas about 30 miles south of me though.

wish we had that problem here, they are few and far between in the big woods where I live, gotta run the oak ridges if you can find any left. South of me there is a large farming area where we run the corn fields, and even there it doesn't compare to southern WI, I never hunted down there but they get alot of em.

Northern WI, one county away from the Upper Penninsula of Michigan, we have coons but not the numbers you have down that way, right where I live if we go out with a GOOD dog we are doing good to tree and kill 2 in one night

Me and my uncle have 3 redbones and a HUGE walker name SPUDS. My eedbone aint much good except for fightin and treein cats...as in bobcats and cougars.

My ol dog just had pups they are full blood papered akc blueticks she had 10 so they are for sale if u know any one
