Default Competition shooting?

What type of shotgun is most popular for shooting sporting clays when doing competition?
Is it: (double barrel, semi-automatic, single shot, etc?) PLEASE ANSWER!!!

Depends on the course of fire. There is no one game so no one answer. I do see, understandably, more semi-autos there than in the other clays sports...

I have shot a pump and semi auto I prefer the semi. I personally love my browning maxus. Cycles with no problems.
