chokes

I've been shooting shotguns all my life pretty much and I've always wondered if what I've heard is true ...you can't shoot buckshot thru any choke but a full choke. Just to b safe I never have but I really don't think that if I shoot a 00buck magnum through. A modified choke or any other that it would hurt the gun. I'm talking about the accurate chokes that come with mossberg etc not aftermarket chokes for Turkey and etc... what do y'all think any input will b greatly appreciated

You can shoot buckshot thru any choke, but it will generally pattern better thru something less than full. Improved Modified or Modified usually works okay, but all guns are different, so shoot some and see.

Yea I understand I just didn't know if it would ruin my gun with the wrong choke cause I've even heard u can't shoot buckshot or slugs in all shotguns
