Cheek riser for 870
Hey everyone,
I was wondering what's a good cheek riser pad for the 870, I need to add at least .25" (while pressing down with my cheek) in order for my eye to clear the top rail. Right now I need to hold my head slightly up when shooting to see the front sight, not very comfortable and not the best to manage recoil. It'd be cool too if it had rings to hold shells. Has to be black and somewhat comfortable lol. Thanks :) |
I'm confused. Aren't you talking about a shotgun? What are you doing trying to shoot a slug 200 yards?

I don't really get your question. I'm talking about a Remington 870 Express Tactical:

I honestly have never heard of anyone actually using a cheek rest on a shotgun. Nice gun by the way |

Imo a tactical gun should come to shooting position quickly and easily. You may want to consider changing up the sights. Maybe a reflex?

Well I hope that thing works for you. $30 isn't too bad.
