Not extremely rare, the fact that it is a Belgium one adds some rarity.

Only own one humpback myself and guess what it is...
LOTTA Browning's stuff was made thru FN and others in Belgium.

All I can say is buy it if you can afford it. I bought a sweet 16 Belgium made Browning about 30 years ago. I got in a bind and traded it for a horse trailer. I still regret trading off that gun.
