Default Browning Maxus or the Winchester X3

Ok, so say that you only have the availability of these 2 semi auto shotguns available and you want to purchase one. Which one would you choose and why?

Aren't they essentially the same thing with a couple of subtle differences? FN Herstal owns both companies. With out seeing a head to head comparison, it seems to be a coin toss.

Thanks for the info!

Just looking for opinions here.

With that in mind I would go with the cheaper I guess.......the Winchester.
