I have recently been offered a Browning Auto 5 with mounted scope for trade. What should I look for and how much are they worth in far to decent shape? Any and all input would be great.

So I made the trade, it is an auto 5 special steel with 24" smooth barrel. The scope is on a saddel mount so there was no drilling done. Overall it is in very good condition
I would look for a rifled barrel with a cantilever scope mount. I can't see the details of the engraving but from the location it's the factory engraving.
I'm not planning on doing much with it, mostly just another piece in the collection. The deal was more for me to get rid of something I didn't want lying around anymore. I found trigger group pins so I am going to take the scope off and might shoot some recreational trap/skeet with it. I do need to find a rear sight because the original was taken off
