hello dakota and welcome to the forum! stop over in the introdutions section and say hello.

now to answer your question, we need a little information. what are you wanting to hunt? what is your skill level with a gun? what type of budget are you looking to stay in? little more info and we can make some better suggestions. looking to hear from and welcome to the forum.

these are the things that you should consider when looking for a bolt shotgun. I do have one more question. Why are you looking for a Bolt Shotgun in the first place?

I personally like savage bolt guns they are pretty sweet ladies.

Welcome to the forum. I hope this helps.I have three bolt action shotguns, and use two fo them regularly.
one mossberg 185k-a, a kessler model 30c, and a mossberg 185d. The mossbergs are 20s, and the 185d is my slug gun complete with a Lyman peep sight. Dead on at 75 yards and fairly lightweight. All three of them will put three in a paper pie plate at 50 yards with the old foster slugs, so please consider the old used bolts you see at gunshows. More modern? I'm kinda partial to my ex-girlfriend's savage 220.
