I was wondering if this shotgun was worth the money? I would be using it for 3 gun comps. Your thoughts please.

I have had mine for a year now. I have the compcarrier titanium tube and enough US made parts as is required. It has never failed to fire any type of ammo I have fed it. It is not as fast as the M1 and M2 designs but I can't tell that, having fired both.
It is expensive and there are nice options that are cheaper. FN makes a comparable gun in the US so it does not have the magazine capacity restriction.
It is also a bit about bragging rights. No matter what shotgun someone tells me they have, the eyes go wide when I reply that I have an M4. ;-)
I think I bought mine for around $1300.

If a Benelli is in your price range, it is highly unlikely you will regret owning one. I thoroughly enjoy my Super Black Eagle II for Turkey and my Montefeltro 20 ga for pheasant.

Don't forget the titanium tube I'f you do get one. Compcarrier makes the best. It will reduce weight and add 2 more rounds. You just have to put more American made parts so you won't be breaking the law. I think I replaced the forearm grips and the bolt handle.
The ironic part is that the American made parts look exactly like the factory ones and are not labeled "made in the USA". I keep the original parts and the receipts on the off chance that I run into a BATFE agent who questions the legality of the gun.
