Default Anyone know info on this shotgun?

Just picked up this 12g, single barrel, single load shotgun. Looks pretty old, they guy knew nothing about it though. Picked it up for $100 and was wondering if anyone knew more info on this gun.

The script reads:
N. R. Davis & Son
Diana
Davus Warber Arms Corp.

First off, check to make sure that thing is a legal length for where you live. If not, take the pic down immediately.

Second, if it is legal and you decide to go shoot it, hold on tight and don't let it break anything when the recoil hits you. In full length form, standard stock with recoil pad and a 28" barrel, they recoil heavy.
