Default After market shotgun help

I'm picking up a mossberg 500 field model from gander mountain on pay day but I am wondering about after market accessories like extended magazine and all that?
Also what is the point of the tactical adjustable pistol grip stocks?

An adjustable stock gives you the option to shorten the overall length of the firearm for in-close work or when working in tight quarters, like room-to-room, fully extended the firearm is better suited for field use.

With the way the barrel is attached, a magazine extension is a no go. Stocks and shell holders are plentiful. I see them all the time on amazon for good prices. Shooter88 has a good example in his post of what is available. The only 2 problems I have ever seen with the pistol grip stocks is that you have to break your hold on the gun to opperate the safety, and the PG will interfere with the slide release in the trigger group. Just something to consider.

Mine has a heat shield, 6 shot sidesaddle, blackhawk adjustible stock which also has the blackhawk accessory kit put on it without the raised cheek piece. Everything else i made for the gun the barrell used to be a 28" vent ribbed barrell but i cut it down to 18.5 perfectly even. u would never know it was hand cut and filed but im a perfectionist and i worked on it for hrs untill it was perfect. I want 1 side saddle and 1 shell holder on the stock and a tri-rail pump a foregrip with a laser and flashlight on it and a talon ati adjustable stock and a 24" rifled barrel and a replacement 18.5" barrel for buckshot.
I want to put an x-rail magazine attachment on it but I don't know if I can

This is what I did. I've since added a six shot saddle on the stock and a light. Its an ATI 6 position collapsible stock and fore end. Also a red dot sight and heat shield

my thoughts? simpler is much better.

my Winchester SXP Defender, 18.5" barrel, 5 in the tube and another 5 on the buttstock carrier. no quad rails, no lights or lasers, just simple and uncluttered. it works quite well.

ditto...for HD I believe simple is better...rack the slide, pull the trigger. My HD Mossy 500 is identically equipped with a 5 shell sidesaddle and nothing else, 15 round sling is within arms reach if I need to defeat a horde of zombies but 10 rounds of 00 buck should be sufficient for 99.99% of encounters.

So many accessories, so little time, money and landscape...
