My Saiga will shoot about that fast with 10 rd mags. 12 round drums available. At about 10% of the cost, I'll stand pat with what I've got. Of course Uncle Sugar will spend 1/4 mil doing R&D to find that it is an unneeded weapon system. Our tax dollars at work.
