Default 870 Jamming

My 870 has been jamming more often lately when I pump it to eject the spent shell.

I've broken it apart and cleaned it. Cycling it with live rounds doesn't produce any problems, it's just with spent shells.

Anyone ran into this before and found a fix? The 870 is only 5 years old or so.

The plastic on shot shells tends to build up in chambers. The heat + expansion of a fired shell, will make the residue in the chamber, stick to the fired shell causing a jam.A product is out I forgot the name of now, that will dissolve shotgun chamber residue without honing.
