Default 500 Cruiser

Went to the range this morning with the wife and took the mossberg 500 cruiser 20 ga, and several other rifles and pistols. First time shooting the cruiser and it's pure bad a**. Put 50 rounds through it and I love the pistol grip and the way it handles. I let the wife shoot it and she handled it well and liked it, but prefers her mini 14 the most. I was suprised at the recoil with the pistol grip, it's very manageable and not what I expected. I was shooting at plastic water filled jugs and empty glass bottles and an old TV.
Cleaned up my mess and went happily on my way, totally satisfied with my new toy! I got it as a HD gun, but I can see it's going to get a hugh amount of range time. I must say it's my favorite.

Nice! Twenty gauge is a sweet caliber for extended shooting.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”Samuel Adams
