you can get a new persuader for that price. and the persuader is a fine gun. It has passed military trials including shooting 25,000 rounds without anything breaking. the 870 wingmaster has passed military trials not the express models

Before I'd pay that much for a used gun, I'd buy the Benelli Nova Tactical. $429 at Gander Mountain. Or the Stevens Model 350 pump with ghost-ring sights for around $229. I think Gander Mountain has it. But that's just me. Anything is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. How bad do you want that 870?

I think it's way high. I bought a downright cherry 1976 Wingmaster Magnum for $280, and that's delivered and including FFL fee.
