Anyone ever put a telestock on a Type 21S or Type 97S on a Bushmaster pistol. If you put one on, will it still be classified as a pistol and still have legal barrel length. I've never bought an assault rifle before and want to be sure its legal to do this. Also, I'm considering buying a fn2000.

I believe as long as it is a pistol you can make it into a rifle. you just can't go the other way. I may be wrong on that.
You're wrong. If you were to add just a stock, it would be an SBR and prison time without the proper paperwork.

Thanks, I did some research on short barrel rifles and they are banned in quite a few states. Luckily not mines. Anyone know anything about 5.56x28mm ammo fired by the ps90. I'm considering going for one of those.
Sorry, yea its 5.7, not 5.6. I've heard that the bullet don't have good stopping power, and it will go right through game and would not cause much damage, but that really shouldn't matter if you shoot the right spot. I've seen about 50/50 when it comes to liking this bullet.
Not sure about stopping power. I have heard that it's hella fast and can penetrate some softer type materials(drywall for example). Don't know much else about it though.
